I — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

MANSA’A Africa delivers throughout Cameroon and internationally.
The same artisanal excellence infused into every creation accompanies your order all the way to your doorstep.

ORDER PROCESSING

All confirmed and fully paid orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

During high-demand periods or collection launches, processing times may extend to 3–4 business days.

You will receive a notification once your parcel has been dispatched.

SHIPPING FEES

Deliveries are handled by independent logistics partners.
MANSA’A Africa does not operate its own delivery service.

Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and communicated at checkout.

Complimentary shipping within Cameroon is offered for all orders above 150,000 FCFA.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your parcel has been shipped, all tracking information will be provided directly by the logistics partner responsible for your delivery.

MANSA’A Africa does not operate a centralized tracking system.
Carrier details will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are entirely independent of MANSA’A Africa and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

We encourage you to consult your country’s customs authorities prior to placing an order.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Orders are available for pickup within 24 hours after confirmation, at no additional cost.

“We strongly recommend purchasing parcel insurance through your carrier in order to protect your order during transit. MANSA’A Africa cannot be held responsible for damages occurring after shipment.”

Law No. 2010/021 relating to electronic commerce in Cameroon, the OHADA Uniform Act, and the Cameroonian Civil Code (Art. 1610).

III — RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We Want You to Love It

Every MANSA’A Africa piece is crafted with care.
Should any issue arise, the following policy applies — clear, fair, and transparent.

RETURN REQUEST DEADLINE

You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return request.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition

Returned with all tags attached

Any altered, worn, or tagless item will automatically be refused upon receipt.

SIZE-RELATED ISSUES

MANSA’A Africa does not accept returns solely due to customer sizing errors.

Exception:
If the requested size is available in stock at the time of the request, an exchange may be considered, provided the item is returned in compliance with the required conditions.

SHIPPING-RELATED DAMAGES

MANSA’A Africa cannot be held responsible for damages occurring during transportation.

In the event of a delivery dispute, claims must be directed to the logistics provider.

We strongly recommend purchasing parcel insurance through your carrier.

ALTERED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Any item modified upon the customer’s request — including alterations, adjustments, or customizations — is excluded from all return and exchange procedures.

Such modifications are considered final.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale items or promotional purchases

Intimate apparel and swimwear

Custom-made pieces

In-store purchases that have been worn

All promotional sales are final.

“We recommend recording an unboxing video. In the event that an item arrives stained or damaged, this proof will be essential for the priority handling of your request.”

Law No. 2011/012 relating to consumer protection in Cameroon, the OHADA Uniform Act, and the Civil Code (Art. 1641 — latent defects).

 

IV — REFUND POLICY

Handled With Care and Transparency

Once your return has been approved, MANSA’A Africa is committed to processing your refund diligently and transparently.

PROCESSING TIME

After receiving confirmation that your refund has been approved, please allow 3 to 14 business days for the refund or exchange to be completed.

You will be notified by email throughout each stage of the process.

REFUND METHODS

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

If this payment method is no longer available, a 12-month store credit may be offered with your agreement.

For customers within Cameroon, Mobile Money (MTN MoMo / Orange Money) is our preferred refund method.

IMPORTANT CONDITION

No refund request will be processed without presentation of the original purchase receipt.

This document constitutes the sole recognized proof of transaction by MANSA’A Africa.

Please keep it carefully after every purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is stained or torn, contact us within 48 hours at:

DEPOSITS & RESERVATIONS

MANSA’A Africa accepts deposits for item reservations.

The remaining balance must be fully paid within 14 business days following confirmation.

After this period, MANSA’A Africa reserves the right to place the item back on sale.

Deposits are non-refundable in such cases.

PURCHASE RECEIPTS

Every purchase is accompanied by a receipt.

This document is the sole recognized proof of transaction by MANSA’A Africa.

No claim — including returns, exchanges, or refunds — will be processed without presentation of the receipt.

Customers are responsible for retaining a copy.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in:

  • Central African CFA Francs (FCFA) for Cameroon

  • Local currency depending on the delivery country

Only the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation apply.

MANSA’A Africa reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All MANSA’A Africa creations, photographs, texts, names, and visual elements are protected under Law No. 2000/011 relating to copyright and international conventions.

Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

LEGAL CAPACITY

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and possess full legal capacity to enter into a contract, in accordance with Cameroonian law (Art. 370 of the Civil Code) or the legislation of your country of residence.

“Any dispute shall be governed by Cameroonian law. For our international customers, consumer protection rights applicable in their country of residence remain fully enforceable.”

COMPETENT JURISDICTION

Failing amicable resolution, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Cameroonian courts, notably the High Court of Yaoundé.

For disputes governed by OHADA law, the CCJA (Common Court of Justice and Arbitration) may also have jurisdiction.
